Why does a 19V power board keep blinking on and off?

A blinking 19V board often means the supply is protecting itself from a short, overload, or unstable input. Unplug it, inspect for damage, confirm the adapter and load both match 19V, then reconnect with only the known-good load attached.

Follow these steps

  1. Power down completely
