How do I hear a Roland Fantom-S in FL Studio on Windows?

Follow these steps
Connect MIDI and audio hardware
Connect the Fantom-S to the PC with the correct USB or MIDI interface cable. Connect your Scarlett (or other interface) to the PC, and headphones/speakers to the interface outputs—not only to the Fantom if you want DAW monitoring.
You should see: Windows shows the interface and the Fantom MIDI device as connected.
Select the interface ASIO driver in FL Studio
Open FL Studio, go to Options > Audio Settings, and select the Scarlett ASIO driver or Focusrite USB ASIO. Do not choose FL Studio ASIO, ASIO4ALL, Thunderbolt ASIO (unless you truly use Thunderbolt), or a generic Windows playback device.
