Follow these steps
Identify whether the pad is single-use
Read the packaging, insert, or app instructions for words such as single-use, do not reapply, or replace adhesive daily.
You should see: You know whether reapplication is allowed or a new pad is required.
Inspect the adhesive
Look for lint, hair, torn gel, or dried adhesive. If the surface is dirty or no longer sticky, do not reuse it.
You should see: The pad is clearly still clean and sticky, or clearly needs replacement.
Reapply only if the maker allows it
Clean and dry the skin, then press the pad firmly according to the product instructions. If the maker says replace after removal, install a new pad or adhesive sheet instead.
You should see: The device stays attached and resumes normal readings, or a replacement pad is fitted.
Confirm the device is reading again
Open the companion app or check the device display to confirm signal quality or that monitoring resumed.
