How do I pair a soundbar with its wireless subwoofer?

Follow these steps

   Power off both units

   Unplug the soundbar and the subwoofer from power. Leave both unplugged for about 20 seconds so any temporary wireless link clears.

   You should see: All lights on both units go dark.

   Power the subwoofer first

   Plug in the subwoofer first and wait until its status light settles. Then plug in and turn on the soundbar.

   You should see: The subwoofer light turns on, and the soundbar finishes starting.

   Start pairing if needed

   If the subwoofer light stays red, press and hold the Pair button on the subwoofer for a few seconds. Keep the units close together until the light changes to the connected color described in the manual (often blue or green).

   You should see: The subwoofer light stays on the connected color instead of returning to red.

   Confirm bass from the subwoofer

   Play audio with noticeable bass and stand near the subwoofer to confirm it is producing sound, not only the soundbar speakers.

   You should see: Bass is clearly coming from the subwoofer, or the soundbar shows a wireless speaker connected status.

   Retry with a clearer path

   If pairing still fails, move the subwoofer closer with fewer walls between units, avoid placing it behind a metal cabinet, and repeat the unplug-and-pair sequence once more.

   You should see: The pair light holds a connected color, or the manual’s error behavior is clear enough to compare with support docs for that model.
