Follow these steps
Leave the fake warning page
Close the browser tab or force-stop Chrome: Settings > Apps > Chrome > Force stop. Do not tap Call, Update, or Download on the warning page.
You should see: The scary full-screen page goes away at least temporarily.
Turn off site notifications
Open Chrome, tap the three-dot menu, then Settings > Site settings > Notifications. Remove or block any site you do not recognize.
You should see: Unknown sites can no longer send virus-scare notifications.
Clear the bad site’s data
