How do I cancel a DeepSearch subscription and request a refund?

Answer

Cancel the subscription in the same store that billed it—Apple, Google Play, or the service’s website—then use that store’s refund request flow if the charge was accidental and recent.

Before you start: stop right away if…

  • Refund “agents” who contact you unexpectedly and ask for passwords or codes are often scams.

Follow these steps

  1. Find where the subscription was purchased

Check the email receipt or bank description to see whether Apple, Google Play, or the AI service charged the payment method.

You should see: The correct billing platform is identified.

  2. Cancel recurring billing

On iPhone, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions and cancel the service. On Android, cancel it in Google Play subscriptions. On a website purchase, cancel in that site’s billing settings.

You should see: The subscription shows as canceled and will not renew.

  3. Request a refund through the same store

Use Apple’s Report a Problem / refund page, Google Play’s refund options, or the vendor’s Solicitar un reembolso or equivalent refund request if offered.

You should see: A refund request is submitted, or the store explains that the charge is not eligible.

  4. Save confirmation details

Keep screenshots or email confirmations of the cancellation and refund request until the charge is reversed or finally denied.

You should see: There is a paper trail for the billing dispute if needed.

Extra tips

What to look for: The exact billing statement name, whether Apple, Google, or the vendor charged the card, and on-screen refund options such as Solicitar un reembolso

Before you change anything: Identify whether Apple, Google Play, or the AI site processed the payment. Cancel future billing before or while requesting a refund. Use only official App Store, Play Store, or vendor account pages. Do not share one-time codes with refund “helpers” on chat apps.
