How do I cancel a Freebird shaver subscription?

Answer

Sign in at the official Freebird account site (myfreebird), open Manage Subscription or the membership section, and cancel before the next renewal date. Also check Apple App Store, Google Play, or PayPal if the plan was billed through those instead of Freebird’s website.

Before you start: stop right away if…

  • Cancel only through official Freebird, App Store, Google Play, or PayPal pages you open yourself.

Follow these steps

  1. Sign in to the official Freebird account

On a computer or phone browser, open the official Freebird account site (commonly myfreebird) and sign in with the email used for the order. Bookmark the page yourself—do not use links from unexpected texts.

You should see: You reach your Freebird account dashboard while signed in.

  2. Open Manage Subscription

Look for Manage Subscription, Membership, or Account settings. Open the active Freebird shaver plan and read the renewal date and cancel option.

You should see: You see the active plan details and a cancel or turn off auto-renew control.

  3. Cancel and save confirmation

Choose Cancel subscription or turn off auto-renew, confirm any prompts, and save a screenshot or email confirmation showing the end date.

You should see: The account shows canceled or set to end after the current billing period.

  4. Check App Store, Google Play, or PayPal if charges continue

If Freebird’s site shows no plan but you are still billed, cancel the subscription under Apple Subscriptions, Google Play subscriptions, or PayPal automatic payments—whichever statement shows the charge—then contact Freebird support with your order email if a pending charge remains.

You should see: All Freebird auto-renew channels are off and the next statement shows no new membership charge.

Extra tips

What to look for: Manage Subscription or membership settings after signing in, the next renewal date, and which payment method (card, PayPal, App Store, Google Play) is billed

Before you change anything: Find a recent Freebird charge on your bank, PayPal, App Store, or Google Play statement. Have the email used for the Freebird account ready. Use only the official Freebird site or the store that billed you. Do not share one-time codes with anyone who calls offering to cancel for you.
