How do I cancel a ShortMax subscription billed through Google Play?

Open Google Play Store subscriptions, select ShortMax, and cancel there. If ShortMax does not appear, check your email receipts to see whether Google Play, Apple, or ShortMax itself is the billing source.
Before you start: stop right away if…
- If billing is through Apple or ShortMax’s website, canceling only in Google Play will not stop those charges.
Follow these steps
Open Google Play subscriptions
Open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile photo, then tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
You should see: A list of active Play Store subscriptions appears.
Select ShortMax and cancel
Tap ShortMax (or Shortmax), then Cancel subscription and confirm the prompts until Google Play shows the subscription will not renew.
You should see: ShortMax is marked canceled or set to end after the current billing period.
Confirm the billing source by email
Search your email for receipts from Google Play, Apple, or ShortMax. If the receipt is from Apple, cancel in that Apple ID’s subscriptions instead. If it is from ShortMax directly, cancel in ShortMax account or billing support.
You should see: You know which store or company must process the cancellation.
Verify no future renewal remains
Return to Subscriptions and confirm ShortMax is gone or shows an end date. Check that no second ShortMax entry remains under another Google account on the same phone.
You should see: Only the canceled subscription remains, with a clear end date and no duplicate active entry.
