How do I cancel a Mobitrace subscription?

Answer

Mobitrace subscriptions are often billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, so cancel where you originally subscribed. On iPhone, check Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions; on Android, check Google Play > Payments & subscriptions.

Follow these steps

  1. Find where it was purchased

Look at your bank or email receipt for Mobitrace. Note whether it says Apple, Google Play, or Mobitrace/another merchant.

You should see: You know which store or site must cancel the renewal.

  2. Cancel an Apple subscription

On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. Select Mobitrace (or the matching app name) and cancel the subscription.

You should see: Apple shows the subscription as canceled and the end date of access.

  3. Cancel a Google Play subscription

If the charge came from Google Play, open the Play Store, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, open Mobitrace, and cancel.

You should see: Google Play shows the subscription as canceled.

  4. Turn off service in Mobitrace

Sign in on Mobitrace’s official site or app and disable or delete the tracking service/account if that option remains, so the product side matches the billing cancelation.

You should see: Mobitrace no longer shows an active paid plan, or support confirms the account is closed.

Extra tips

What to look for: Whether Mobitrace charges appear on an Apple, Google, or card statement, and whether Mobitrace still appears under device subscription lists.

Before you change anything: Check a recent bank or app-store statement to see who billed Mobitrace. Cancel at least a day before the renewal date when possible. Sign in only on Apple, Google, or Mobitrace official pages. Never share account passwords or codes with unexpected callers.
