Follow these steps
Open Samsung Notes on a Galaxy phone
On a Samsung device, open the Samsung Notes app while signed into the Samsung account that owned the notes.
You should see: Samsung Notes opens under the correct account.
Check Trash first
Open the side menu and tap Trash. Restore any notes you need. Remember deleted items often remain there only temporarily (commonly up to about 30 days).
You should see: Missing notes reappear from Trash, or Trash is empty.
Check Samsung Cloud if Trash is empty
Go to Settings → Samsung account → Samsung Cloud. Look for Restore data or synced Notes tied to the old phone, then restore with Samsung Notes selected.

Confirm sync inside the app
