Follow these steps
Turn off browser site notifications
Open Settings > Apps > See all apps, tap the browser you use, then tap Notifications and turn off website or notification categories that allow sites to alert you.
You should see: Browser notification permission is reduced or off, so site alerts stop interrupting.
Open Display over other apps
Go to Settings > Apps > Special app access, then open Display over other apps.
You should see: A list of apps that can appear over the screen is shown.
Revoke overlay permission
Tap each unfamiliar app and turn off Allow display over other apps. Leave system apps alone if you are unsure.
You should see: Unneeded apps can no longer draw popups over other screens.
Remove suspicious PDF or helper apps
In Settings > Apps > See all apps, look for apps named PDF, PDF Reader, PDF Viewer, Adobe-like clones you did not intend to install, or similar utilities, and uninstall ones you do not trust.
