Follow these steps
Search the iPhone for App Store
Swipe down on the Home Screen, type App Store, and open it if it appears in search results or App Library.
You should see: App Store opens, or search shows it is not installed.
Check App Library and Home Screen pages
Swipe to App Library, open the alphabetical list, and look for App Store. If found, touch and hold it and choose Add to Home Screen.
You should see: App Store returns to a Home Screen page, or it is not listed in App Library.
Redownload App Store
If it was deleted, open the App Store webpage result from Safari or use Settings search for App Store, then tap the cloud/download control to reinstall the official App Store app while signed into your Apple ID.
You should see: App Store installs again and appears on the Home Screen or in App Library.
Review Screen Time restrictions
Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions and confirm iTunes & App Store Purchases / Installing Apps is allowed, and that App Store is not blocked in Allowed Apps.
You should see: Restrictions allow the App Store, or you can see which Screen Time setting was hiding it.
Restart and sign in again if needed
