How do I remap a Roborock vacuum that missed rooms behind closed doors?
Answer
Open every door fully, clear small floor obstacles, then start a new full map or remap from the Roborock app. A first map made with closed doors usually cannot invent rooms that were blocked off.

- Creating a new map can erase or replace saved rooms, no-go zones, and schedules tied to the old map.
Follow these steps
Prepare the floor
Open every door completely and remove obstacles that can block the robot, including draft stoppers, loose mats, shoes, and cables across doorways.
You should see: The robot has a clear path into every room you want on the map.
Open the robot in the Roborock app
Open the Roborock app, select your Qrevo Pro (or the robot that made the incomplete map), and go to the map or mapping controls for that device.
You should see: You see the current incomplete map and options to create or manage maps.
Start a new full map
Choose Create new map, Remap, Full mapping, or the closest equivalent label for your app version. Confirm if asked that the new map may replace the old one.
You should see: The robot begins a mapping run instead of a normal room clean.
Let mapping finish uninterrupted
Keep doors open and avoid moving the robot by hand while it explores. Allow it to return to the dock and save the map when finished.
You should see: The new map includes the previously missing rooms, or shows a clearer boundary where access was still blocked.
