How do I stop unwanted charges related to Windows 11?

Windows 11 itself does not automatically bill your card just for being installed. Recurring charges almost always come from a Microsoft account subscription, Store purchase, or linked Xbox/Microsoft 365 plan. Follow these steps
Identify what was billed

Review Microsoft subscriptions
