How do I quickly reset the network connection on a Samsung Galaxy A15?

Answer

Toggling Airplane mode from Quick Settings is often the fastest way to refresh Wi-Fi and mobile networks on a Galaxy A15 before deeper troubleshooting.

Follow these steps

  1. Open Quick Settings

Swipe down from the top of the screen twice to open the full Quick Settings panel.

You should see: Icons including Airplane mode are visible.

  2. Toggle Airplane mode

Tap Airplane mode on, wait about 15 seconds, then tap it off again.

You should see: Wi-Fi and mobile network icons refresh and attempt to reconnect.

  3. Reconnect to Wi-Fi if needed

If Wi-Fi does not return automatically, open Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi and select the network again.

You should see: The phone shows connected Wi-Fi or a clear password/error prompt.

  4. Restart the phone

If service is still missing, hold the power button, restart the Galaxy A15, and check signal and Wi-Fi again.

You should see: Connectivity returns, or the issue remains for carrier or SIM troubleshooting.

Extra tips

What to look for: Missing signal bars, stuck Wi-Fi, or calls and data failing on a Galaxy A15 with no other clear error

Before you change anything: Confirm the phone model is a Galaxy A15. Note whether Wi-Fi, mobile data, or both are affected. Know the Wi-Fi password if the network must be rejoined. Avoid unpaid “network unlock” websites.
