Follow these steps
Open the order
In the SHEIN app, go to Orders, open the sequin jacket order, and tap Return/Refund or Exchange.
You should see: Return options for that item appear.
Choose exchange or return
Select the jacket, choose the reason, and pick XL if an exchange option is shown. If exchange is unavailable, choose return and note that you may need to reorder XL separately.
You should see: The app asks for a return method and shipping details.
Create the label or QR code
Continue to the label page and follow SHEIN’s instructions for USPS, UPS, FedEx, or the carrier shown. Save or screenshot the QR code if you are dropping the package at a location.
You should see: You have a scannable label or QR code and a return deadline.
Track Return/Refund Details
After drop-off, reopen the order’s Return/Refund Details to confirm the carrier scanned the package and to watch for refund or exchange updates.
