Follow these steps

  1. Open Memberships and subscriptions

Sign in to Amazon, go to Account, then Memberships and subscriptions, and review every active item.

You should see: Recurring Prime, channels, and apps are listed with prices.

  3. Cancel what you do not want

Cancel unused channel or app subscriptions from the same Memberships page before the next renewal.

You should see: Items show as canceled with an end date.

  4. Request refunds if eligible

On a mistaken digital order, use Amazon’s order help to request a refund when the option is offered.

You should see: A refund is approved or Amazon explains why it is not.

Before you change anything: Use amazon.com or the official Amazon app only. Note the charge dates and amounts before canceling. Do not share your Amazon password with refund helpers.
