How do you request a refund for an unwanted DramaWave or mobile reels charge?

Answer

Cancel any active in-app subscription in Google Play or the App Store, then request a refund from the same store’s official purchase history for the unexpected DramaWave or reels charge.

Before you start: stop right away if…

  • Never pay a third party who claims they can force an App Store or Play refund for a fee.

Follow these steps

  1. Identify which store billed you

Check the email receipt or bank descriptor for Google Play, Apple, or a direct merchant name.

You should see: You know whether to use Google Play or App Store refund tools.

  2. Cancel the subscription first

In Google Play Subscriptions or Apple Subscriptions, cancel DramaWave or related reels memberships so new charges stop.

You should see: Subscription status shows canceled.

  3. Request a refund in purchase history

Open the official Report a problem / Request a refund flow for that order and explain it was unordered or accidental.

You should see: The store confirms the refund request was submitted.

  4. Remove saved payment prompts in the app

In DramaWave settings, turn off auto-renew or delete stored unlock packs if the app offers those controls.

You should see: The app no longer prompts for easy one-tap purchases.

  5. Escalate to the bank only if the store denies a valid claim

If the charge is unauthorized and the store will not help, dispute it through your bank’s official process.

You should see: The bank opens a dispute case with a reference number.

Extra tips

What to look for: Whether the bank statement shows Google Play, Apple, or DramaWave as the merchant descriptor.

Before you change anything: Find the exact charge amount and time. Sign in to the Apple ID or Google account used on the phone. Do not share card numbers with unofficial refund agents.
