How do you stop a Galaxy S23 FE stuck in a reboot loop after an update?

Follow these steps

   Force a soft restart

   Press and hold Side + Volume Down for about 10–20 seconds until the screen goes black and the Samsung logo appears again.

   You should see: The phone restarts once; if it still loops, continue to recovery.

   Boot into recovery mode
