How do I return an Ion Pro 2 and get a return authorization?

Answer

Contact the seller or manufacturer support with your order number and request a return authorization (RMA) before you ship the Ion Pro 2. Wait for written return instructions and a label or address, then pack the device exactly as directed.

Before you start: stop right away if…

  • Do not send payment or gift cards to anyone who messages you outside official support about the return.

Follow these steps

  1. Gather order details

Locate the order number, purchase date, and reason for return. Photograph the unit and packaging if the seller asks for condition evidence.

You should see: You have everything needed to open a return request.

  2. Request return authorization from support

Go to the official seller or Ion support page for orders, start a return or contact form, and clearly request return authorization and shipping instructions for the Ion Pro 2.

You should see: Support opens a case and says an RMA or label will follow.

  3. Watch email for the authorization

Check inbox and spam/junk for several hours for the return authorization, label, or ship-to address. Do not send the product until that message arrives.

You should see: You receive written authorization and packing/shipping steps.

  4. Ship only as instructed

Pack the Ion Pro 2 with required accessories, include the RMA if requested, attach the provided label or use the approved address, then keep the tracking number.

You should see: The return is in transit under an authorized request.

Extra tips

What to look for: Return authorization or RMA number, prepaid label versus customer-paid shipping, and deadlines in the support reply.

Before you change anything: Keep the original packaging and accessories. Do not ship until authorization arrives. Use only the official support channel for the store that sold the unit. Never share payment passwords with unexpected callers.
