Why is my Hume Body Pod connected but not taking measurements?

Reconnect the Body Pod from inside the Hume Health app after toggling Bluetooth, confirm the app is updated, and reset the pod with the pin hole near the charging area if it still will not measure.

Follow these steps
Update the Hume Health app
On the iPhone, open the App Store and update the Hume Health app, then reopen it.
You should see: The app is on the latest version and shows the home connection status.
Toggle Bluetooth and reopen the app
Turn Bluetooth off for about 10 seconds, turn it back on, open Hume Health, and check the connection status at the top of the home page.
You should see: The Body Pod appears connected through a fresh Bluetooth session.
Reconnect from the scale icon
In the app, tap the scale or Body Pod icon and choose reconnect or pair again if offered.
You should see: The app reports a successful reconnect ready for measurement.
Reset the Body Pod hardware
Using a pin, press and hold the small reset hole near the charging port or behind the handlebars cradle for about five seconds, then reconnect in the app and try a measurement again.
You should see: The pod reconnects and records a body measurement.
