Sign in to your TELUS account in a web browser, open Subscriptions, choose Manage beside the streaming service, then Cancel Subscription and confirm. Watch for a cancellation confirmation email and verify the next credit-card charge stops.

Follow these steps
Sign in to TELUS on the web
Open a browser to the official TELUS account login. If needed, use Forgot password and set a new password from the reset email before continuing.
You should see: You reach your TELUS account dashboard.
Open Subscriptions and cancel streaming
Go to Subscriptions (or Services), select Manage beside the streaming product, choose Cancel Subscription, and confirm any prompts about the end date.
You should see: The streaming service shows as canceled or scheduled to end on a stated date.
Save confirmation
Download or screenshot the confirmation and check email for a cancel notice. Note whether billing continues until the end of the current period.
You should see: You have proof of cancellation and know the last bill date.
Verify the next statement
After the stated end date, confirm the streaming charge no longer appears. If it does, contact TELUS through the official account chat/phone with your confirmation details.
You should see: Billing stops, or TELUS corrects a remaining charge.

Extra tips
What to look for: TELUS account Subscriptions list; Manage / Cancel Subscription controls; confirmation email; remaining bill line items on the next cycle.
Before you change anything: Have the email or phone used for TELUS login. Use the official TELUS website—not links from unexpected texts. Screenshot the cancel confirmation page. Never share your TELUS password or one-time codes with callers.
