How do I cancel a Total Drive subscription on a Samsung Galaxy phone?
Answer
Cancel Total Drive in Google Play Store subscriptions on the same Google account that bought it, then confirm auto-renew is off and check for any separate charge inside the Total Drive app.
Before you start: stop right away if…
- Treat unexpected calls or texts that demand remote access or payment to cancel a plan as scams.
Follow these steps
Open Google Play subscriptions
Open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile picture, then go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
You should see: A list of active subscriptions for that Google account appears.
Cancel Total Drive
Select Total Drive (or the matching title), then tap Cancel subscription or Turn off auto-renew and confirm.
You should see: The subscription shows as canceled and lists when access ends.
Check the Total Drive app billing screen
Open the Total Drive app, sign in if needed, and look for Account, Subscription, or Auto-renew settings in case a second billing path exists.
You should see: Any in-app renewal option is also turned off, or you confirm billing was only through Play.
Confirm the Google account if the plan is missing
If Total Drive is not listed, tap the account email at the top of Play Store and switch to any other Google accounts on the phone, then check Subscriptions again.
You should see: The subscription is found under the correct account, or you know to contact the vendor for a web-billed plan.

Extra tips
What to look for: Total Drive listed under Google Play subscriptions, Cancel or Turn off auto-renew, and the Google account email shown at the top of Play Store
Before you change anything: Confirm which Google account is signed into the Play Store on the phone. Note the next billing date before canceling so you know when charges should stop. Use only the official Play Store or Total Drive billing screens. Do not share passwords or one-time codes with anyone offering to cancel for you.
