Before you start: stop right away if…

You should see: The Apple ID screen appears with options such as Personal Information, Sign-In & Security, and Payment & Shipping.
Review Subscriptions
Tap Subscriptions and review every active, trial, and recently expired item. Tap an item to see the renewal price, billing period, and cancel option if needed.

Check purchase history for one-time charges
Still under your Apple ID, open Media & Purchases or Account settings, then look at Purchase History for recent App Store charges that are not subscriptions.
You should see: Recent one-time app or in-app purchases appear with dates and amounts.
Cancel only what you no longer need
Return to any unwanted subscription and choose Cancel Subscription. Confirm the end date shown before leaving the screen.

Extra tips
What to look for: The Subscriptions list under the Apple ID in Settings, including active, expired, and free-trial items, plus recent App Store purchase history.
Before you change anything: Know which Apple ID is signed in on the iPhone. Decide whether you only want to review charges or also cancel something. Do not enter Apple ID passwords on unexpected popups or links. Avoid deleting apps until you understand whether the subscription renews separately.
