How do I cancel a Peacock subscription?

Answer

Cancel Peacock where it is billed. If the account says Managed by Apple, cancel in iPhone or iPad Settings under Subscriptions. If it says Billed by Peacock, use Peacock’s Change or Cancel Plan option. Google Play or another store may bill some plans instead.

Follow these steps

  1. Check how Peacock is billed

Sign in at peacocktv.com or in the Peacock app, open Account or Membership, and note whether it says Billed by Peacock, Managed by Apple, or billed through Google Play or another store.

You should see: You know which company actually charges the subscription.

  2. Cancel an Apple-managed plan

If it says Managed by Apple, go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Peacock, then tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

You should see: Apple shows the subscription as canceled or set to end on the renewal date.

  3. Cancel a Peacock-billed plan

If it says Billed by Peacock, open Change or Cancel Plan on the Peacock account screen and follow the prompts to cancel.

You should see: Peacock confirms the plan will end and shows when access stops.

  4. Cancel a Google Play plan if needed

If billing is through Google Play, open the Play Store on the Android device, go to your profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, select Peacock, and cancel.

You should see: Google Play shows Peacock as canceled or ending on the next renewal date.

Extra tips

What to look for: Billing labels such as Managed by Apple, Billed by Peacock, or Google Play, plus a Cancel Subscription or Cancel Plan button.

Before you change anything: Confirm which email or store account pays for Peacock. Note the renewal date before you cancel. Cancel only in the official Peacock app, peacocktv.com, Apple Settings, or Google Play—not from unexpected links. Do not share account passwords or one-time codes with anyone who contacts you unexpectedly.
