How do I cancel a Disney+ or Disney Channel subscription?
Answer
Cancel Disney+ where you originally subscribed: Apple subscriptions on iPhone/iPad, Google Play subscriptions on Android, Amazon subscriptions on Fire TV or Amazon.com, or Disney’s own account site if you signed up there. Disney Channel as a TV package is usually canceled through your cable, satellite, or streaming live-TV provider instead of the Disney+ app.
Follow these steps
Identify where the subscription is billed
Check your bank statement, App Store/Google Play receipt email, Amazon order history, or Disney account email. Note whether the seller is Apple, Google, Amazon, Disney, or a cable/satellite/live-TV provider.
You should see: You know which company controls the cancellation, not just which app you watch.
Cancel Disney+ in the matching store
If Apple billed you, open Settings on iPhone/iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel Disney+. On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. On Amazon, open Amazon Account > Memberships & Subscriptions. If you paid Disney directly, sign in at Disney’s official account or Disney+ help site and cancel there.
You should see: Disney+ shows as canceled or set to end after the current paid period.
Cancel Disney Channel through your TV provider if needed
If the charge is from a cable, satellite, or live-TV service rather than Disney+, open that provider’s account site or app and remove the Disney Channel package or add-on. Disney+ app settings usually will not cancel a provider channel package.
You should see: The provider account shows the Disney Channel add-on removed or scheduled to end.
Confirm the end date
After canceling, check the subscription details for the date access ends and watch for one more charge if you canceled after a renewal already processed.
You should see: You have a clear end date and no unexpected new Disney+ or Disney Channel renewal listed.

Extra tips
What to look for: The charge label on your bank statement or email receipt, and whether it says Apple, Google Play, Amazon, Disney+, or a cable/satellite provider.
Before you change anything: Find a recent Disney or Disney+ charge and note the seller name. Sign in only on official Apple, Google, Amazon, or Disney account pages. Cancel before the next renewal date if you want to avoid another charge. Never share account passwords or one-time codes with unexpected callers.
