Follow these steps
Reseat the left aid in the charger
Remove the left hearing aid and place it firmly in the correct charger slot. Watch for a charging light on that side and leave it until a full charge is indicated.
You should see: The left aid shows charging activity and later powers on.
Clean wax guards and domes
Check the wax guard, receiver opening, and dome on both aids, especially the side with low volume. Replace clogged wax guards and clean domes per the manufacturer instructions.
You should see: Volume improves on the working aid and sound is clearer.
Power-cycle both aids
Turn both aids off, wait about 30 seconds, turn them back on, and test with the same volume settings you normally use.
You should see: Both aids produce sound at expected volume, or the left remains silent.
Seek clinic service if one side stays dead
