How do I reset a forgotten Zangi account password?

Use Zangi's in-app Forgot password or Reset password option and complete the official recovery prompts for that account. Prefer the same phone number or recovery details already linked to Zangi, and ignore anyone who asks you to share codes outside the app.

Follow these steps
Open the official Zangi app
Launch Zangi from your phone's app drawer. If you have multiple chat apps, confirm the icon and name are Zangi before continuing.
You should see: The Zangi sign-in or unlock screen appears.
Tap Forgot password
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password, Reset password, Olvidé mi contraseña, or Recuperar cuenta if that label appears in your language.
You should see: Zangi opens an official password-recovery flow.
Complete the recovery prompts
Follow the on-screen steps using the phone number, SMS code, or other recovery method Zangi presents. Enter codes only into the Zangi app itself.
You should see: Zangi lets you create a new password or returns you to a signed-in state.
Create a new password and sign in
