Follow these steps
Wait and enter the passcode once if you know it
Leave the iPhone alone until the on-screen wait time ends. Enter the correct passcode carefully one time—do not keep guessing.
You should see: The iPhone unlocks, or the wait time increases if the passcode is still wrong.
Connect the iPhone and open Finder
If you cannot unlock it, turn the iPhone off, connect it to a Mac with a trusted cable, and open Finder. Select the iPhone in the sidebar when it appears (or follow Apple’s recovery-mode steps if it does not).
You should see: The computer recognizes the iPhone or shows the recovery-mode prompt.
Enter recovery mode
