How do I sign in to an older account on a new phone to check an order?

Sign into the older account with its original email or phone number on the retailer’s official app or website, then use Forgot password if the login fails. A third party usually cannot see that order’s shipping status for you.

Follow these steps
Identify the account used for the order
Open the original order confirmation email or text and note the retailer name plus the email or phone number tied to that purchase.
You should see: You know which login identity owns the order.
Sign in with the older identity
On the new phone, open the retailer’s official app or website and choose Sign in with that email or phone number—not the new phone’s current account if it is different.
You should see: The sign-in screen accepts the older email or phone number, or shows a clear password prompt.
Use Forgot password if needed
If the password is unknown, use Forgot password on the official page and complete recovery through the email or SMS code sent to that older account.
You should see: You regain access, or you learn the recovery contact is outdated and needs updating through official support.
Open orders and shipping
After signing in, open Orders or Purchase history and select the order to view shipping status.
You should see: The order details and carrier tracking information appear under that account.
