How do I get a T-Mobile bill when paper or email bills are missing?
Answer
Sign in to the official T-Mobile account or app with the account-holder credentials to view and pay the current bill, then update the billing email to an address you monitor. Guest pay with the phone number and account PIN can also work if you cannot access the primary email.
Before you start: stop right away if…
- Do not pay T-Mobile bills through unexpected text or email links.
Follow these steps
Open the bill in the T-Mobile app or site
Sign in at T-Mobile’s official app or website and open Billing to view the current amount due and download the statement.
You should see: You can see the balance and due date without waiting for email.
Pay with account or guest pay
Pay from the signed-in account, or use official guest pay with the phone number and account PIN if that is all you have.
You should see: Payment is submitted with a confirmation number.
Update the billing email
In profile/billing settings, change the billing email to an inbox the payer checks, and confirm any verification email.
You should see: Future statements are addressed to the monitored email.
Confirm service restoration
If the phone was suspended, wait for T-Mobile to restore service after payment posts, then restart the phone and retest calls/data.
You should see: The line returns to normal service or T-Mobile shows a remaining account hold.

Extra tips
What to look for: Current bill PDF in the T-Mobile app, billing email address on file, and whether the line is suspended for nonpayment
Before you change anything: Have the account PIN / passcode ready. Use T-Mobile’s official app or website only. Update billing email only as an authorized user. Do not pay through unexpected text links.
