Sign in to the QLink account portal
On Wi‑Fi, open the official QLink or StandUp Wireless account page and sign in.

Check whether the phone number still shows active benefits/service days.
You should see: The account shows active, suspended, or needing renewal.
Reinstall SIM or eSIM
Insert the QLink SIM or follow in-account eSIM install instructions on the iPhone.
You should see: A cellular plan appears under Settings > Cellular.
Finish activation and test
