How do I return shoes that are too small when the order email is missing?
Answer
Search every inbox for the brand or store name and order keywords, then start the return from the store account's order history using the original packaging and order number if recovered.
Before you start: stop right away if…
- Do not send the shoes without tracking or an official return label when one is required.
Follow these steps
Search for the confirmation email
In each email account you might have used, search for the brand or store name, the word order, or the last four digits of the card, and check spam or promotions.
You should see: The order confirmation or shipping email is found, or you confirm which inbox to use for account recovery.
Open the store order history
Sign in to the store website or app with that email and open Orders to locate the shoe purchase.
You should see: The order appears with a Return or Exchange option.
Start the return for size
Choose Return, select a size or fit reason, and print or scan the prepaid label if offered. Include your name and order number in any required form fields.
You should see: A return label and packing instructions are issued.
Ship with tracking
Pack the unworn shoes in the original packaging, attach the label, and keep tracking until the refund or exchange is confirmed.
You should see: The return is scanned in transit and the order status updates.

Extra tips
What to look for: An order confirmation or shipping email, the store account order history, and whether the shoes are still unworn in the original packaging
Before you change anything: Keep the shoes and original packaging together. Search spam and promotions folders before creating a duplicate account. Have the card last four digits ready to match the order. Never share your store password with anyone offering to process the return.
