How do I clear an RST error on a FAREXON standing desk?

RST usually means the desk needs a height reset: clear under the desk, hold the down arrow until the desktop reaches the lowest point and the display changes, then release and test up/down. If RST remains, unplug for 60 seconds, reseat handset and motor cables, and repeat the hold-down reset. Stop if you hear grinding or the frame binds.

Follow these steps
Clear the area and hold down
Remove objects under the desk. Press and hold the down arrow on the handset for 10–20 seconds (or until the display beeps/changes) while the desk lowers to its mechanical minimum. Keep holding briefly after it stops.
You should see: RST clears and the display shows a height number.
Power-cycle and reseat cables
If RST remains, unplug the desk for 60 seconds. Reseat connectors at the handset, control box, and each motor firmly, then plug back in.
You should see: Cables are secure and the handset powers up to RST or a height reading.
Repeat the down-reset sequence
Hold the down arrow again until the desk bottoms out and the display exits RST. Then tap up slightly to confirm motion.
You should see: The desk moves both directions without returning to RST.
