How do I find the pairing ID for an Aluratek Smart Frame and send photos?
Answer
For models using Aluratek Smart Frame, find Frame ID under Settings > Device info on the frame. Enter it while adding the frame in the app, then accept the binding request on the frame itself. Confirm the app required by your exact model first.
Follow these steps
Confirm the app and Wi-Fi connection
Compare your model with Aluratek’s Smart Frame binding guide. Use the app the model requires. Connect the frame to home Wi-Fi and confirm it shows connected before pairing.
You should see: The frame is online and the phone has the matching app.
Find the frame identifier
On the frame, open Settings > Device info and read Frame ID. Keep it nearby for the next step; do not confuse it with an account password.
You should see: You have the ID displayed by this frame.
Add the frame in the app
Sign into Aluratek Smart Frame. Open Devices and select + beside My Devices. Enter a recognizable frame name, create the requested frame email name, and enter Frame ID. Aluratek’s binding instructions describe selecting Bind after completing these fields.
You should see: A binding request reaches the frame.
Approve and send a test photo
On the frame, open Settings > User Management and Accept the Pending User Request you recognize. In the app, use Media/Files to select a saved photo, choose the frame under Push Device, and use the send arrow.
You should see: The phone is bound and the test photo arrives.

Extra tips
What to look for: The frame model, required app, Frame ID, and pending user request.
Before you change anything: Keep the powered-on frame nearby. Check its manual for the required app. These steps cover Aluratek Smart Frame models, not every Aluratek frame.
