Follow these steps
Insert the SIM or prepare the eSIM
For a physical SIM, power off the phone, insert the Boost SIM in the tray, and power on. For eSIM, keep the QR code or activation details from Boost ready and do not discard them.
You should see: The phone detects the SIM or is ready to scan an eSIM.
Collect the SIM number and IMEI
Copy the long SIM number (ICCID) from the SIM packaging or tray sticker. Find the IMEI in Settings → About phone/About, or by dialing *#06#.
You should see: You have both numbers written down accurately.
Start official Boost activation
Go to Boost Mobile’s official activate page or open the Boost app. Enter the SIM number and IMEI when prompted, then select your plan (for example a monthly prepaid plan) and complete checkout.

Restart and test the line
Restart the phone, wait a few minutes for network registration, then place a test call and check mobile data. If it fails, reseat the SIM and confirm the IMEI/SIM were entered correctly.
