How do I find Anynet+ on a Samsung TV to connect a soundbar?

On older Samsung TVs, Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) is usually under System or Sound / External Device Manager rather than a modern Ambient Mode menu. Connect the soundbar with an HDMI cable to an HDMI ARC port when available, enable Anynet+, then power-cycle the TV and soundbar. If the menu label is missing, use the e-Manual search for Anynet+ or External Device Manager.
Follow these steps
Connect HDMI correctly
Power off the TV and soundbar. Connect HDMI from the soundbar’s HDMI ARC/OUT (or TV-labeled port) to the TV’s HDMI ARC port if labeled; otherwise use a standard HDMI input the soundbar supports. Power both devices back on.
You should see: The TV detects an HDMI device or you can select that HDMI input.
Enable Anynet+ in System settings
Press MENU on the Samsung remote. Open System (or look under Sound / External Device Manager on some firmwares) and turn on Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC). If you do not see it, open the e-Manual and search for Anynet+.

Refresh the HDMI-CEC link
Turn the soundbar and TV fully off, unplug the TV power for 60 seconds, then power on the TV first and the soundbar second. Test volume from the TV remote.
You should see: Volume and power control work together, or you have a clear sign that CEC still is not linking.
