How do I edit a Google review in Chrome?

Sign into the same Google account that posted the review, open the place or question you reviewed, then use Edit review near your existing rating. If Edit does not appear, try a Chrome Incognito window or Google’s Contributions / Your reviews page.
Follow these steps
Sign into the original Google account
In Chrome, open Google and confirm the account avatar matches the account that wrote the review. Switch accounts if needed before looking for Edit.
You should see: Chrome is signed into the same account that owns the review.
Open your review and choose Edit
Go to the place, product, or question you reviewed. Find your existing rating/review and select Edit review (or the pencil icon), then change the stars—for example from 1 star to 4—and update the text if needed. Save.
You should see: The updated rating and text save and appear on the page.
Try Incognito if Edit is missing
Open a Chrome Incognito window, sign into the same Google account only, reopen the reviewed page, and try Edit review again.
You should see: Edit review appears and saves without interference from other signed-in sessions or extensions.
Edit from Your reviews or Contributions
If the place page still has no Edit option, open Google Maps or your Google account Contributions / Your reviews list, find the review there, and edit or delete it from that managed list.
You should see: Your review opens in an edit view from the account’s review list and accepts the change.

Before you change anything: Confirm which Google account originally posted the review. Decide the new star rating and text before you start editing. Avoid third-party “review remover” sites. Note whether you reviewed a Maps place, a product, or another Google surface—the edit entry point can differ.
