How do I pair two identical headsets to two different iPads?

Follow these steps
Pair the first headset alone
Turn the second headset fully off. On the first iPad, open Bluetooth, put the first headset in pairing mode, and connect.
You should see: Only the first headset connects to the first iPad.
Rename the first headset
In the first iPad’s Bluetooth info for that device, rename it to something unique such as iPad1 Headset.
You should see: The connected headset has a clear unique name.
Pair and rename the second set
Turn the first headset off, power the second headset, connect it only to the second iPad, and rename it iPad2 Headset.
You should see: Each iPad has its own uniquely named headset.
Forget cross-connections
On each iPad, forget any Bluetooth entry for the headset that should belong to the other iPad, then power both headsets and confirm each auto-connects to the intended iPad only.
You should see: Each headset prefers its assigned iPad without swapping.
