How do I return shoes that do not fit?

Answer

Most footwear returns start from the seller’s official order page: open the order, choose Return, print or follow the prepaid label instructions, and ship within the stated window. Keep the order number and confirm whether the shoes must be unworn with tags attached.

Before you start: stop right away if…

  • Ignore unexpected messages asking you to pay a fee to process a return.

Follow these steps

  1. Find the order

Open the confirmation email or sign in on the seller’s official site and locate the order by number.

You should see: You can see the order status and any Return or Exchange option.

  2. Start the return

Select Return, choose “does not fit” or similar reason, and follow the prompts for a prepaid label or drop-off instructions.

You should see: A return label or drop-off QR code is created.

  3. Pack and ship

Pack the shoes as directed, attach the label, and drop them off with the listed carrier. Keep the receipt.

You should see: Tracking shows the return in transit.

  4. Confirm the refund

After delivery, watch the original payment method for the refund, which often posts after the seller inspects the return.

You should see: The refund appears or the seller confirms receipt.

Extra tips

What to look for: Order confirmation email, order number, return window (often 14–30 days), and whether the listing says final sale.

Before you change anything: Locate the order number and original packing slip. Do not discard the box or tags until the return is accepted. Only use the seller’s official website or app for return requests.
