How do I sign in to the ViX app on a Roku smart TV?

Answer

When ViX on Roku rejects a login, first confirm the same email and password work on a phone or computer, then sign in again on the TV or use Restore Purchases if a paid ViX plan does not unlock.

Before you start: stop right away if…

  • Reset passwords only on ViX’s official site or app, not through links in unexpected emails or texts.

Follow these steps

  1. Test the ViX login on a phone or computer

On a phone or computer, open the official ViX website or app and sign in with the same email and password you plan to use on the TV.

You should see: The account either signs in successfully or shows a clear password or account error.

  2. Reset the password if needed

If the password fails off the TV, use ViX’s official forgot-password flow, set a new password, then return to the Roku ViX app and sign in with the updated credentials.

You should see: Roku accepts the login, or shows a different error than before.

  3. Try Restore Purchases for a paid plan

If free sign-in works but premium content does not unlock, open ViX account or subscription options on the TV and choose Restore Purchase or the equivalent option.

You should see: The paid plan unlocks, or ViX shows which store account owns the subscription.

  4. Reinstall the ViX channel if login still fails

Remove the ViX channel from Roku, restart the TV, reinstall ViX from the official Roku Channel Store, and sign in again.

You should see: The fresh install accepts the corrected account details.

Extra tips

What to look for: A not correct, invalid login, or similar error when opening or signing into ViX on Roku

Before you change anything: Confirm you are opening the official ViX channel on Roku. Reset the password only on ViX’s official website or app. Have the email used for ViX ready. Do not share account codes with unexpected callers.
