How do I log in to get a LONGRUF product user manual?

Find the brand’s official support or downloads page first. If an account is required, create one with Sign Up / Register using the purchase email—use Forgot Password only if you already registered before. Many manuals are also listed as public PDF downloads without a login.

Before you start: stop right away if…

  • Manual download sites unrelated to the brand can bundle unwanted software with PDFs. Prefer the official support page.
  • Enter account passwords only on the official site you navigated to yourself, not from unexpected emails.

Follow these steps

  1. Locate the official manual page

    From a browser, search the brand name plus model plus “manual,” then open the manufacturer’s or authorized seller’s support/downloads page.

    You should see: A PDF manual or product-support page for that model appears.

  2. Download without login if available

    If a Manual/PDF link is public, download it directly and skip account creation.

    You should see: The user manual PDF opens or downloads successfully.

  3. Register only if the site requires it

    If downloads require an account, choose Sign Up / Create Account with your purchase email. Do not start with Forgot Password unless you previously registered.

    You should see: A new account is created and the manual becomes available.

  4. Ask the seller for the file

    If no official PDF is listed, contact the store where it was bought in 2023 (for example Amazon messaging) with the order ID and request the manual or model documentation.

    You should see: The seller provides a manual link or file.
