How do I unblock a number on a home cordless phone?

Open the handset Call Block or Blocked List menu, select the number, and delete it. Cell-to-landline calls that still ring usually mean the block is on the handset, not the carrier line.

- Do not pay unexpected callers who claim they can remotely unblock numbers on your phone.
Follow these steps
Open Call Block on the handset
On the cordless handset, press Menu, then look for Call Block, Blocked Calls, or a similar privacy option.
You should see: You open the call-blocking settings.
Open the blocked list
Select Blocked List or Blocked Calls List and scroll to the number you want to allow again.
You should see: The blocked number is highlighted.
Delete the number from the list
Choose Erase, Delete, or Remove, then confirm Yes if asked.
You should see: The number is no longer on the blocked list.
Test with a call from that number
Ask the caller to try again from the previously blocked number and listen for a normal ring.
You should see: The handset rings and the call can be answered.
Use recent calls if the number is hard to find
If the number is not in Blocked List, open the call log, highlight a recent call from that caller, and look for an unblock or delete-from-block option in Menu/Select.
You should see: The block entry is cleared from the call-log path.
