Follow these steps
Connect with a data USB cable
Plug the AudioBox Go directly into a computer USB port using a known data cable. Avoid unpowered hubs. Confirm any power or status light on the interface turns on.
You should see: The computer detects a new USB audio device.
Install or update audio drivers
On Windows, open Device Manager and check Sound or Universal Serial Bus devices for the Fender/AudioBox entry. Install any Fender driver package recommended for AudioBox Go, then reboot if prompted.
You should see: The interface appears as a working audio device in the OS.
Select USB audio in Studio Pro
Open Fender Studio Pro audio or device settings. If AudioBox Go is not named, choose the USB audio / ASIO / Core Audio device that appeared when you plugged in the interface. Set sample rate to a common value such as 44.1 or 48 kHz.
You should see: Inputs from the AudioBox Go show signal when you speak or play into it.
Update or reinstall the app
Update Fender Studio Pro from the official source. If the device still never appears, reinstall the app and grant microphone/audio permissions when asked.

Extra tips
What to look for: Fender Studio Pro’s new-device list does not show AudioBox Go / BA1A, and no input signal appears when you try to record.
Before you change anything: Use the USB cable that came with the AudioBox Go, not a charge-only cable. Close other apps that might be using the interface. Note whether you are on Windows, Mac, or a mobile device.
