How do I find which Apple ID is linked to a Gmail address?

Try signing in at appleid.apple.com or iforgot.apple.com with the Gmail address. If Apple recognizes it, that Gmail is the Apple ID. If not, use Look it up with your name and recovery phone, or check any iPhone/Mac still signed into Apple services.

Follow these steps
Test the Gmail as an Apple ID
Go to appleid.apple.com and enter the Gmail address. If Apple proceeds to password or two-factor prompts, that Gmail is an Apple ID.
You should see: Apple either recognizes the address or says no account was found.
Use iForgot Look it up
If Apple does not recognize the Gmail, open iforgot.apple.com and use Look it up with your name and recovery phone or alternate email.
You should see: Apple lists the Apple ID that matches those recovery details.
Check a signed-in device
On any iPhone, iPad, or Mac still signed into iCloud, open Settings / System Settings and read the Apple Account email shown at the top.
You should see: The exact Apple ID email is displayed, whether Gmail or another provider.
Search old Apple emails
In Gmail, search for messages from apple.com about Apple ID, App Store, or iCloud. Receipts often show the Apple ID in use.
