How do I pay a Boost Mobile bill?

Answer

Pay the Boost Mobile balance in the official Boost app or boostmobile.com account, or at an authorized retail location. If the line is already suspended, service usually stays off until the past-due amount is paid in full.

Before you start: stop right away if…

  • Do not enter card details on pages opened from unexpected texts or popups.

Follow these steps

  1. Open official Boost pay page

Open the Boost Mobile app or go to boostmobile.com and sign in with the account phone number. Avoid links from texts or emails you did not expect.

You should see: You reach the official Boost account or payment screen.

  2. Pay the full past-due amount

Open Billing or Make a payment, enter the amount due, and complete payment with your card or saved method. If service is suspended, pay the full past-due balance when the account requires it.

You should see: Payment succeeds and you see a confirmation or receipt.

  3. Wait for service to restore

Restart the phone after payment posts. Toggle Airplane Mode on for 15 seconds, then off, and check for signal.

You should see: Bars or the Boost network name return, or Boost support can see the payment on the account.

  4. Use retail pay if online fails

If the site or app will not load, pay at an authorized Boost retail location with the account phone number, then restart the phone.

You should see: The balance is cleared and service can restore after processing.
