How do I pay someone else's phone bill?

Most carriers accept a one-off payment from anyone who has the account number or the phone number on the account — usually through a guest or quick-pay option on their website that needs no sign-in. Paying does not give you access to the account or its details.

Follow these steps
Find the guest payment option
On the carrier's website, look for quick pay, guest pay, or pay without signing in.
You should see: A payment form opens without needing account access.
Enter the account identifier
Provide the account number or the mobile number on the account, exactly as given to you.
You should see: The system finds the account and shows an amount due.
Pay the amount
Enter your card details and confirm. Keep the confirmation reference.
You should see: Payment is accepted and a receipt is issued.
Ask about a payment link
If guest pay is unavailable, ask the account holder to request a payment link sent to their number, which you can then complete.
You should see: You can pay through the link they receive.
Consider being added properly
For regular payments, ask to be added as an authorised user so you can see the bill rather than paying blind.
