Apple does not let you view a forgotten passcode. You reset the iPhone with a computer or through Erase iPhone on the passcode screen if shown, then restore from backup and set a new passcode.

Follow these steps
Try Erase iPhone on the passcode screen
If the screen offers Erase iPhone after failed attempts, tap it and sign in with the Apple ID to wipe the device.
You should see: The iPhone erases and returns to the setup assistant.
Erase with a computer if needed
If that option is not available, connect the iPhone to a Mac or PC, put it into recovery mode using Apple’s button sequence for your model, then choose Restore in Finder or Apple Devices/iTunes.
You should see: The computer restores iOS and the passcode is cleared.
Sign in and set a new passcode
During setup, sign in with the Apple ID, restore a backup if available, then create a new passcode you will remember or store in a password manager.
You should see: The iPhone is usable again with a new passcode.
Re-enable Find My and app downloads
Finish setup, confirm Find My is on, then sign into the App Store and test downloading an app.
