How do I reinstall a deleted Bell Mobility eSIM on iPhone?

Contact Bell Mobility through official channels to re-issue the eSIM QR code or push install, then add it under Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM. Do not keep trying random QR codes; the carrier must provision a new profile after deletion.

Follow these steps

  1. Request a new eSIM from Bell

    Sign in to Bell’s official account site or app, or contact Bell Mobility support, and ask them to re-issue the eSIM for your number after accidental deletion. Ask for a QR code or in-app install link.

    You should see: Bell provides a fresh eSIM activation method for your line.

  2. Add the eSIM on iPhone

    Connect to Wi‑Fi, open Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM (or Add Cellular Plan), then scan the QR code or follow Bell’s transfer instructions. Keep the phone unlocked until activation finishes.

    You should see: A Bell cellular plan appears under Cellular and activation progresses.

  3. Restart and confirm service

    Restart the iPhone, then check that the carrier name appears and that you can place a call and use mobile data. Turn Airplane Mode on and off once if bars do not appear immediately.

    You should see: No Service clears and normal Bell service works.

  4. If activation fails

    Note any error text, confirm with Bell that the old eSIM is cancelled and the new one is assigned to this IMEI, then retry Add eSIM once more with a newly generated QR code.

    You should see: Bell corrects provisioning and the second install succeeds.
