On a computer or phone browser, sign into account.samsung.com, open Security / Password and security, update two-step verification to your new mobile number or another verification method, then return to the TV and sign in.

Follow these steps
Sign into Samsung account on a browser
On a phone or computer, open the official Samsung account site and sign in with the account email and password.
You should see: The Samsung account dashboard opens.
Open security and two-step verification
Go to Security or Password and security, then open Two-step verification.
You should see: You see the current phone number and verification methods.
Replace the old mobile number
Open the text message or phone number section, add your current mobile number, verify it with the new SMS code, and remove or stop using the old number.
You should see: Codes can be sent to the new number.
Sign in on the Samsung TV again
Return to the TV Samsung account sign-in, enter your email/password, and approve the code sent to the updated phone or alternate method.
